2012 Wyoming Legislative Budget Session

The Wyoming Legislature will convene on February 13, 2012 for a twenty day Budget Session.  Non-budget bills require a 2/3 majority vote for introduction.  Pre-filed bills will begin to be publicly available in December, 2011.  Check back for updates.

Joint Revenue Interim Committee Hearing

The Joint Revenue Interim Committee will be meeting May 12 and 13th in Saratoga WY.  They will be addressing Wyoming’s overall tax policy and how it affects economic development.  They will also be discussing the wind energy taxation issue.
